Like Witchcraft, Leadership is a learned skill and a Talent. Magical Leadership involves concepts and philosophies that involve directing the wildness. These skills are very different from corporate America's style of controlling the masses. Come learn from Elders in the Craft about quality magical leadership and the Queen of all Witches, Hekate.
