In this workshop we will look into spiritual attachments, and spirit possession from a shamanic perspective. We will look at shamanic  illness and cosmology. What is the difference between attachments and possession? How does that differ from invocation? We will look at what makes us vulnerable to spiritual attachments and possession! This workshop is designed to help Spiritual Leaders and Spiritual Advisors bring a Trauma Informed Approach to their community and practice.  Whether you are a Minister or Clergy Member, a Spiritual  Coach or Advisor, a Tarot Card Reader, or involved in creating Spiritual Events for your community - you will often encounter Trauma in the people you serve and work with.  Using a Trauma-Informed Approach helps you develop awareness of Trauma so that you can be prepared to respond with compassion, advocacy, and validation in any situation.

He is also a beekeeper, orchid-grower, and builder of bat houses.  Manny is married and splits his free time between the Florida Swamps, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Alban Hills of Rome.

Rev. Emily Guenther is the High Priestess of The Fellowship of Avalon – ATC in Memphis, TN. Emily is a witch and experienced reader of Tarot, a Reiki Master, and a priestess of Sekhmet and Odin. Emily follows an eclectic tradition and communicates with her guides and deities for insight and guidance. Kate Marks, MSW is a somatic psychotherapist, body/energy worker, sound healer, singer, drummer, tarot reader and ceremonial guide in practice for over forty years.
