We’re thrilled to have you be a part of the Metaphysical Market at Hekate Sickle Festival. We are so excited to host you at our traditional Samhain Camping Festival. Your creativity and positive energy make these events so special, and we appreciate all you do to help our community thrive. Please read through these important details to ensure you have a smooth and successful day—we want you to feel prepared and supported every step of the way! This will be a captive festival audience with a few daytrippers. However, these attendees will not be spending $1500 on food and hotel rooms and will have far more disposable income for shopping.
Key Event Details & Setup Times
- Event: Friday, November 6-8th, At Camp Moran State Park Environmental Learning Center on Orcas Island. Vendors will have a group cabin that you can choose to stay in, or pick one of the other cabins. Saturday passes available.
- Vendor arrival: arrive as a regular guest
- BRING YOUR TABLE!!!! The only ones there are round.
- Vending Schedule - Saturday 11 - 3
- Due to limited space, we are going to have a 4 hour Vending Event. This will allow you to set up, have all the vending happen in the 4 hours, and then break down and enjoy the rest of the festival. There will be nothing going on at this time, and the festival will be open to day trippers for free during the shopping.

Marketing Updates & Staying Informed!
- We will spend $2000 on Internet and local advertising. Limited to 20 vendors and 4 readers. 150 shoppers expected.

Giveaways draw customers.
- Hourly drawings for shoppers only (no vendors or vendors' kids).
- Want to donate? Bring ONE giveaway item to the front table at check-in.
Event Rules & Vendor Responsibilities - Kindness is Key!
- Let us know if you have issues, maybe we can help.
- No open flames, wall adhesives, diffusers, or perfumes.
- Electricity is for border tables only—let us know if you need it.
- Don’t poach shoppers from other booths.
- Clean up your area and take out your trash.
- Engage with shoppers for best results.
- Bring all your own supplies, cash/change, and card reader. There is spotty internet. Attendees will be encouraged to bring cash for shopping. Encourage Cash sales, bring your change, and take down credit card information to run later.
- You are responsible for your business license, sales tax, and all sales compliance.
- Fees are non-refundable if you cancel within 31 days of the event.
Coordinator Rights
- We may refuse space to any vendor for safety or rule violations.
- Respect event policies and other vendors.
